We have developed and continue to refine our "New Product Introduction" methodology to ensure our customers the fastest route to market. We believe early supplier involvement is crucial in the initial stages of design so we can help customers design parts that provide ease of manufacture at the lowest possible cost. Through the entire process we dedicate a project manager to see the process through to steady state production from the initial order release from the customer.

Microsoft Project is key tool in monitoring timeliness of New Product Introductions. ETF has 6 people in a variety of disciplines trained in the use of Microsoft Project and we continue to expand on that number and increase the knowledge base in dealing in the project environment.
