Whether our engineers are designing Oil & Gas, Industrial, Defense or Aerospace products they utilize Deform modeling software to prove out forging design long before the dies are ever machined. This allows us to develop a process in a controlled environment leaving less to chance, saving both time and money. The use of this software also allows us to define certain critical parameters to ensure we meet specific material properties on some of the more difficult alloys such as Titanium and Nickel Alloys.
